The project involved the refurbishment of some 5,000 m2 of existing commercial office space in order to create a new home for the consolidation of some 30 functions and departments of the Government of Jersey.
The completed works form a part of the Government’s long-term property strategy, and realising efficiencies through consolidation, development and disposal of their property assets.
HLG provided quantity surveying services on the project.
HLG were involved from inception to completion, and assisted the client with strategy and planning, sourcing and appointing consultants, managing the design process, appointment of contractor, and supervising the construction and closing of final accounts.
