Robin Bailey

Associate Director, Guernsey

Robin joined HLG in 2024. He obtained his Quantity Surveying qualification from the College of Estate Management and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1996.

Robin has had a successful career in Guernsey in both Public and Private Practice as well as working for a local Building Contractor for 13 years, managing projects and   delivering pre and post contract cost management. He has a wide variety of experience working on Design & Build and Traditional Contracts.

He has been fortunate to be involved with the development of many prestigious local buildings in the private, commercial, public and leisure sectors.

A particular highlight has been the residential developments for high net worth clients where the focus on high quality design and materials has resulted in spectacular family homes.  

Outside work, Robin enjoys being out on the sea either sailing on his yacht, racing dinghies or open water swimming.  Back on land he enjoys cycling and supporting the Guernsey Rugby Club.
